Cancellation Fee
We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice so that we can fill the appointment. Our cancellation policy for bookings is non-refundable deposit if your appointment is cancelled less than 24hours of appointment. If you are running late, we may not be able to perform the full service however you will be charged the full fee.
Time of Arrival
If you are a new client, we recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for any services. This will allow you time to prepare and complete the health questionnaire before your treatment. To ensure you receive the most appropriate care, please notify us if you have any allergies, high blood pressure, physical ailments, disabilities, if you are pregnant or if there have been any changes to your health status or medication since your last visit.
Health Considerations
We recommend that you are in good health prior to your appointment. Please drink water and have eaten a meal before any treatments.
Minimum Age
It is our policy to not accept bookings for anyone under 18 years of age for cosmetic treatments. You may be asked for proof of ID. Please bring photo ID with you.
